These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between kobajee ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") and any individual ("Player", "User", "you", "your") who accesses, registers on, or uses any service provided through kobajee.net. By creating an account or placing a wager on the kobajee platform, you irrevocably accept these Terms in full.

kobajee reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, kobajee will publish the updated Terms at kobajee.net/terms-conditions with a revised effective date. Continued use of the platform following any such update constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review this page periodically.

These Terms are written in English. The English-language version of these Terms is the authoritative and legally binding version. The kobajee platform is operated for and targeted at adult players in Bangladesh. By using kobajee, you confirm that you are accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming and sports betting are permitted under applicable laws and that you bear sole responsibility for compliance with the laws of your jurisdiction.

kobajee makes no representation that the platform is appropriate or available for use in jurisdictions other than Bangladesh. Players accessing kobajee from restricted territories do so entirely at their own risk.

kobajee will use reasonable endeavours to ensure that the platform is available and operational at all times. However, kobajee does not guarantee uninterrupted access and accepts no liability for any losses incurred as a result of platform downtime, maintenance windows, technical outages, or connectivity issues beyond our reasonable control. Scheduled maintenance will, where possible, be announced in advance.

To register and maintain an account on kobajee, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You are at least 18 years of age. kobajee operates a strict 18+ policy and does not permit minors to register, deposit, or wager on the platform under any circumstances.
• You are a human individual acting on your own behalf. Registrations made by automated bots, scripts, or on behalf of a third party are strictly prohibited.
• You are not an employee, director, agent, or close associate of kobajee or any of its affiliated software and service providers.
• You have not previously been self-excluded or permanently excluded from the kobajee platform.
• You are not located in a jurisdiction that prohibits online gambling, and you are not accessing the platform via a VPN or proxy service to circumvent geographic restrictions.

Each player is permitted to hold one active account on the kobajee platform. Opening multiple accounts — whether under different names, email addresses, payment methods, or device profiles — constitutes a serious breach of these Terms. kobajee employs advanced duplicate account detection technology. If duplicate accounts are identified, kobajee reserves the right to permanently close all associated accounts, void any outstanding bonuses, and withhold any winnings derived from duplicate account activity.

kobajee operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process in accordance with responsible gaming and anti-money laundering best practices. You may be required to submit one or more of the following documents before withdrawals are processed or your account is fully verified:

• Government-issued photo identification (National ID card, passport, or driving licence)
• Proof of address dated within the past three months (utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence)
• Proof of payment method ownership (screenshot or confirmation of the bKash, Nagad, or bank account used for deposits)

Failure to provide requested verification documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in withdrawal delays or temporary account restrictions. kobajee will handle all submitted documents in strict accordance with the kobajee Privacy Policy.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your kobajee account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. kobajee will never ask you for your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. Any activity carried out under your account credentials will be treated as having been authorised by you, whether or not you were personally responsible for that activity.

If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact [email protected] immediately so that kobajee can take appropriate protective action, including temporarily freezing the account pending investigation.

kobajee accepts deposits via the following payment methods available to Bangladesh players: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. All deposit amounts are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). Minimum deposit amounts may vary by payment method and will be displayed at the point of transaction in the kobajee cashier.

Deposits are credited to your kobajee account balance promptly upon confirmation from the payment provider. kobajee accepts no liability for delays caused by third-party payment processors, mobile network operators, or banking intermediaries. Any funds deposited into your kobajee account must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party sources are strictly prohibited.

Withdrawal requests are processed by kobajee to the same payment method used for the original deposit wherever technically possible. Unless explicitly stated otherwise in a specific promotion's terms, the following general bonus rules apply across all kobajee promotions:

• Bonuses are available to one account per person, per household, per IP address, and per device.
• Bonus funds must be wagered the stated number of times before any associated winnings can be withdrawn.
• During wagering of a bonus, maximum bet limits apply as stated in the specific promotion. Bets exceeding this limit will not count toward wagering requirements and may result in the bonus being voided.
• kobajee reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice if there is evidence of abuse or if the promotion has been miscommunicated due to a technical error.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts or exchanged for cash until applicable wagering requirements have been met in full.

Bonus abuse — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim welcome bonuses more than once, using low-variance betting strategies specifically designed to extract bonus value without genuine gameplay risk, colluding with other players to meet wagering requirements artificially, or exploiting promotional terms in a manner clearly contrary to their intent — is a serious breach of these Terms. kobajee actively monitors for bonus abuse patterns. If abuse is detected, kobajee reserves the right to void all bonus-related winnings, remove the bonus from the player's account, and permanently close the account without prior notice.

Any bets placed during a period of software malfunction that resulted in incorrect odds, incorrect payouts, or clearly erroneous game behaviour may be declared void by kobajee at its reasonable discretion, regardless of whether the bet was settled before the malfunction was identified.

Sports betting on kobajee — including cricket (BPL, T20 World Cup, IPL, and all Bangladesh Tigers international fixtures), football, kabaddi, and other available sports — is governed by the specific rules published for each market. In cases of event cancellation, abandonment, or postponement, bets will be settled in accordance with the sport-specific rules applicable to that event. kobajee reserves the right to suspend betting markets, void bets, and adjust odds at any time where there is evidence of match-fixing, irregularity, or where a pricing error has resulted in clearly incorrect odds being offered.

You are required to provide accurate, truthful, and up-to-date personal information when registering for and using your kobajee account. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information — including false date of birth, false name, or use of another person's identity — is a serious breach of these Terms and may constitute fraud. kobajee reserves the right to verify any information provided and to close accounts found to contain false details, with all funds and winnings forfeited where fraud is established.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the kobajee platform:

• Attempting to hack, reverse-engineer, or otherwise tamper with the kobajee platform, its software, or its security systems.
• Using automated tools, bots, scripts, or software to place bets, claim bonuses, or interact with the platform in a manner not available to standard users.
• Colluding with other players, dealers, or kobajee staff to gain an unfair advantage.
• Engaging in match-fixing or any form of corrupt activity in connection with sports events on which kobajee offers betting markets.
• Placing bets on both outcomes of the same event across multiple accounts ("arbitrage abuse") in a manner that constitutes a breach of the one-account policy.
• Using the kobajee platform to facilitate any criminal or unlawful activity, including money laundering, terrorist financing, or fraud.
• Posting or transmitting any abusive, threatening, defamatory, or hateful content through any kobajee communication channel.

kobajee reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, identity fraud, or money laundering.
• Detection of duplicate accounts in violation of the one-account policy.
• Failure to provide requested KYC documentation within a reasonable timeframe.
• Unusual or suspicious betting patterns that suggest a breach of the fair play rules.
• A court order, regulatory direction, or other legal obligation requiring account suspension or closure.

Where an account is closed due to a proven breach of these Terms, kobajee reserves the right to void outstanding bonuses and withhold winnings derived from the prohibited activity. Any genuine deposits made prior to the breach will be returned to the player's payment method after deduction of any amounts legitimately owed to kobajee.

You may close your kobajee account at any time by contacting the support team at [email protected]. If you are closing your account for responsible gaming reasons, please inform the support team so that appropriate self-exclusion measures can be applied. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance (after deduction of any outstanding bonus wagering obligations) will be returned to your registered payment method within a reasonable processing period. Bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements will not be returned.

kobajee operates a strict age verification process as part of its KYC programme. Players may be required to provide documentary proof of age at any point during their account lifecycle, including at registration, at the point of first withdrawal, or at any other time kobajee deems appropriate. Accounts where the player's age cannot be confirmed as 18 or above will be suspended pending satisfactory verification. Any winnings generated by a player who is found to be under 18 years of age will be forfeited in their entirety.

• Cool-Off Periods: Take a temporary break from the platform for a period of 24 hours up to 30 days, during which your account will be suspended from gaming activity.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or temporarily exclude yourself from the kobajee platform. Short-term self-exclusion periods of 1 month to 6 months are available, as is permanent account closure. Self-exclusion requests are honoured immediately upon receipt.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, kobajee's total liability to any player arising out of or in connection with the platform — whether in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total value of funds deposited by that player into their kobajee account in the thirty (30) calendar days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. kobajee shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damages of any kind, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity, whether or not kobajee has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit kobajee's liability for death or personal injury caused by kobajee's negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, to the extent that such limitation would be unlawful under applicable law.
